Slovenia has adopted all EU eCommerce directives pertaining to intellectual property right protections (IPR). Enforcement of such directives, however, is relatively lax and illegal downloading of music and video content is common. The Slovenian Intellectual Property office oversees eCommerce intellectual property protections.
