Providing sales service and customer support may offer a competitive advantage.  Currently some imported construction equipment, vehicles, computer hardware, software, office equipment, air conditioners, and major household appliances offer technical support.  After-sales support is important, and suppliers should ensure they have stocks of spare parts.  Vendors should provide service manuals in French and Arabic.
