Tajikistan is a member of WTO.  There is no systemic or legal limitations on selling U.S. products and services in Tajikistan.  But the Government can use temporary measures to restrict imports of some U.S. or other countries products to Tajikistan.  The most recent case was related to poultry ban from the U.S.  as the Tajik Govenrment plans to invest and develop its own poultry and egg production industry. The ban was introduced in November 2017 and lasted till May 2018.
