This video discusses how to protect your intellectual property rights (IPR) at trade fairs in China, including the registration and enforcement mechanisms in place.  The presenter, James Godefroy is the head of the China enforcement group at Rouse. Prior to joining Rouse, James worked for a computer gaming company where he acquired the rights from recording companies, record companies, and recording artists to be used in the games.
