There are special customs procedures and/or documentation requirements in certain cases, for example, specific food products, textiles, and motor vehicles.  Some products, such as oils, vehicles, sugar, textile products, and printing paper, are also subject to import licenses.  Certain imports such as firearms, radioactive materials, fertilizers, vegetable products, and frozen animal semen and embryos require special licenses and customs documents.  Vegetable and animal products require prior authorization from a government authority according to sanitary or phytosanitary regulations.  Other products, such as oil, can only be imported by the government.
